Service Description

This class runs FREE from May 6 - October 14 2023 (weather permitting) Classes are held @ 9:30 am & 11 am. During this 1 hour class we will gently get your breath and body moving building from the ground up. Starting with slow movements which will build to standing poses as well as offering some balancing poses to help maintain our strength and stability through out the week. We will end classes with restorative stretches to recharge so you are ready to take on the rest of the day. Everyone & all levels of experience welcome!
